If you recently had teeth pulled, we will need to wait until your gums completely heal to take impressions for your permanent dentures. While you wait for your permanent pair to return from the lab, you will wear temporary dentures which will help you get used to the feeling of wearing them daily. When your permanent pair of dentures return from the lab, Dr. Gohard will have you try them on to confirm that they fit correctly. If necessary, she will make adjustments so they fit more comfortably. Once the fit is right, you can be on your way.
